The registration fee includes: attendance to all scientific sessions

You need to have a user account on the ICCGE-21 registration Platform in order to register your participation.

* This fee applies to Students, PhDs, Post-doc under 30 years old. Identification cards or similar status proofs will be asked to be provided during the registration process.

** The accompanying person will have same benefit as the primary registered attender.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 5 July 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $50 for administration fee. Cancellations received after 5 July 2025 will receive a refund of the fee minus a $ 200. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
